Shemale Pornstar was a site that I had reviewed years ago and since then it been totally been recreated. About a year ago it was bought by Grooby productions and they took some of the original photos from the site and brought them up to modern porn site standards with quality and resolution. From there they added their own hardcore scenes featuring only the best American shemale pornstars or who they will believe will become ones, or "up & cummer" as they call them. They put all of this on a redesigned site based on their own familiar database driven design which makes navigating this site easy.

Unlike like some of the other Grooby sites, this one is not super huge because it updates with a set once or twice a week. The good thing about this is that most of the videos are hardcore shoots with popular shemale pornstars and most of the videos are available in high definition. They also have a lot of behind the scenes footage which you can learn and see more about the models and their shoots. The member section of the site opens up with a blog like interface with the latest updates and site news. The photo and video sets can be found on the individual models pages and those can be navigated to in a variety of ways. Typically you would just browse through the updates or by model name. There is an advanced search which you can find shoots by keyword tags where people can add their own tags to them.

The photo sets are shown in a few pages of thumbnail images along with a description of the model or shoot. The whole set can also be downloaded in a .Zip file. There are also options to rate and leave comments about the set. The pictures are great quality, being 1280 pixels on the long side. Even the original photo sets from years ago were redone at this resolution making them look much better than they once were. The sets are a mix of softcore shoots and hardcore action but the majority are of the hardcore type. I believe there is currently around 200 photos sets on the site. On top of that they also give full sample sets from other Grooby sites.

The videos on the site can be downloaded in Windows Media format or watching directly on the site with Microsoft Silverlight. There is typically two or three choices in quality, medium, high and high definition. Typically on the video page there are one to three videos to watch which includes behind the scenes footage, the hardcore shoot and a cumshot clip. The HD videos are in 720p format and the hardcore scenes typically run 15 to 25 minutes in length. The behind the scenes and cum shot clips are as expected much shorter. The quality of the video is very good but I noticed that in some scenes the audio was at a very low level so I had to turn my speakers up. The scenes are a mix of shemales with other shemales, other males or sometimes with women.

Other sections of the site include a forum where members can discuss their favorite shemale pornstars. There is also page where they list the member's top rated models. There is also a place where you can list your own favorite ones in your portfolio. There is also a couple of link pages and a site FAQ. Overall this is a good site if you like to see American shemale pornstars in action.
